Europe needs a new kind of movement – one that transforms fragmentation into innovation. A movement that connects engineers, empowers collaboration, and gives us a voice in shaping the future. That’s why I’m founding the non-profit association European Engineers United (EEU) in January 2026.
While the U.S. and China push forward with bold strategies and massive investments in AI, space, and biotech, Europe risks falling behind. Not because we lack talent or money – but because we lack coordination, vision, and a shared roadmap.
Across Europe, more than 18 million engineers and scientists are shaping industries, solving problems, and driving innovation. Imagine the impact we could have if even a fraction of us joined forces toward a shared vision. EEU will be the platform to make that happen.
We will:
# Build a platform for a collaborative roadmap for future technologies – with milestones for 2035, 2050, 2100 and long-term visions up to 2500 and 3000
# Enable cross-border innovation and knowledge exchange
# Give engineers a voice in public discourse and strategic decisions
EEU is more than an association. It’s a movement. A call to action for all engineers who believe in a strong, independent, and innovative Europe.
I’m currently looking for 7-10 passionate founding members who share this vision and want to actively shape the future of engineering in Europe. If you’re driven by purpose, believe in collaboration, and want to make a real impact – let’s talk!
Please send an email to contact@eeunited.eu if you’re interested in joining as a founding member.

Let’s stop watching others shape the future. Let’s start shaping it ourselves.
